TCPI builds lasting relationships. All programs are custom built either from scratch or blending our large storehouse of generic modules and your job specific rquirements. We provide concepts, materials, full production, and delivery for classroom training,
e-learning, sales materials, video presentations, manuals, and self-instructional

Full Customization: TCPI's custom programs achieve organizational goals, are based on specific needs, and are custom tailored to fit within your time frames and available resources. All programs are custom built from our storehouse of over 150 generic modules and your job-specific materials. We combine our generic modules with case scenarios, exercises, role plays, behavior modeling and simulations that are developed to reflect the client's industry and intervention needs.
Methodology: All of TCPI's programs are competency-based, participant-centered, and highly interactive. TCPI employs group-focused exercises, discussion, role play, case method, behavior modeling, and assessments. TCPI can include simulations specifically designed to reflect your working environment, products, and services.
Duration: Each classroom program varies from one to two or more days. In some cases, the days do not need to be consecutive. However, all programs are designed to be customized to meet your time frame and budget.
E-Learning: TCPI's course content is platform-independent; we can develop content for the platform of your choice to run on the Internet or your intranet. Versions of most programs are available in a live, interactive Web-based format featuring live audio, video, polling, and testing.
Instructors: All workshops and online programs are led by instructors who have had direct experience in the particular business or industry. In some cases, more than one facilitator will be present for the program. The use of multiple instructors ensures high interest, energy, and the benefit derived from differing points of view.
Our programs can be fully developed and presented by TCPI or developed for presentation by client staff.
